Introducing- The Notafoodie Podcast – Episode 1
A few weeks ago, a friend approached me and said, “Why don’t you have a podcast?”
I said, “Why don’t you host one with me?”
From there, the Notafoodie podcast was born.
My partner in crime is Mike Miranti and he is a career veteran of the hospitality industry. I’d post his bio, but then why would you bother listening to this first episode of the podcast where we give introductions?
Needless to say, Mike and I love to geek out about food, cooking, food culture, and other things. In our debut episode, we ruminate on overrated food trends including avocados, bacon, and everything “pumpkin spice”. Mike also attempted to stump with a riveting game of “Marry / F%&K / Kill” with types of filled pasta.
We’ve decided that we’re going to keep recording episodes until this stops being fun. I started this blog with the same mentality, and it is now 7 years old. Our plan is to drop an episode AT LEAST every two weeks. If you’d like to get in touch with us, please drop us a line via Facebook or Instagram. Please subscribe to our podcast via iTunes or Google Play
We hope you like our inaugural episode. We had a blast recording it. Stay tuned…
An absolute ripper of a podcast, love the classic simple rawness of it and two guys having a crack to keep the food scene ‘real’ and removing the wankery from it!
All round a stellar podcast guys, will be looking forward to hearing more episodes as they grow, evolve and develop over a time.
Nice job fellas!
Thanks Chris! Can’t wait to have you on to talk food and booze at some point 😉
