Mike’s Cocktail: The Gold Rush
- 2 oz Bourbon
- .5 oz Honey Syrup
- .5 Lemon Juice
Shake vigorously and pour over a large rock, garnish with lemon peel
- 2 oz Cynar
This is a mixed drink, not a cocktail, pour in a collins glass over ice and garnish with a lemon wedge
