Easiest, most delicious way to make veal chops. Make an olive oil with chopped herbs, hot #pepper, and #garlic. BRUSH it on some veal chops, sear on high heat for 2.5 minutes per side, then let them rest for 5 min in the olive oil mixture. The juices from the veal will combine with the oil and make an awesome sauce. Mix it up and spoon on top. #meat #veal #foodigram #grill #notafoodie #recipe

Just sampled some of my latest concoction. Various types of hot #peppers from the #garden and some #garlic swimming in @titosvodka . This is awesome!
