- A few thoughts: 1) This little fella was slow cooked over hickory, and it made him taste like awesome fishy bacon 2) Whenever I see a fish skeleton, I think of Tom ‘n’ Jerry episode where Tom (or some other cat) used a fish carcass as a comb.
